The Ministry of Energy invites interested individuals and organisations to public hearings on the draft amendments to the Regulation on the provision and payment of communal and non-communal services, approved by Government Decision No. 281/2024.

The draft aims to adjust the regulatory framework governing the provision and payment of communal and non-communal services. In this context, the views and proposals of stakeholders are important for improving the document and identifying clear and applicable solutions.

The draft and related documents are available on the Particip.gov.md platform.

The public hearings will take place on 8 October 2026, from 14:00 to 17:00, at Government House, 1st floor, 1 Mitropolit Gavriil Bănulescu-Bodoni Street, Chișinău.

Participation is open to all interested individuals and organisations. During the hearings, participants will have the opportunity to present their comments, proposals and recommendations on the draft.
