Future Energy Specialists Begin Internships at the Ministry of Energy

Minister of Energy Dorin Junghietu met today with young interns who will spend the next two to three months working at the Ministry of Energy as part of an internship programme funded by the European Union.
During their internships, the participants will work alongside ministry specialists, contributing to the work of relevant departments and having the opportunity to take part in the development and implementation of public policies in the energy sector. The programme will also give them the opportunity to gain practical experience in public administration and understand the mechanisms through which reforms in the energy sector are developed and promoted.
“The energy sector needs well-trained professionals and people who want to contribute to transforming this field. We are pleased to welcome motivated young people to the Ministry of Energy team, where they will have the opportunity to learn directly from specialists and contribute to the institution’s work. I hope this experience will provide you with valuable knowledge and motivate you to build a career in public service and the energy sector,” said Minister of Energy Dorin Junghietu.
The internship programme, funded by the European Union, gives young people the opportunity to gain practical experience in public administration and become directly involved in the work of state institutions. By involving interns in its day-to-day activities, the Ministry of Energy aims to contribute to developing a new generation of professionals in the energy sector.
