The first 52 project proposals submitted under the recent call of the Green House program have been approved

The first 52 project proposals submitted under the recent call of the Green House program have already been approved by the Financing and Risk Committee of IP CNED.

During today’s meeting, 54 applications were reviewed, of which 2 were rejected because the type of housing did not meet the eligibility criteria, namely:

  • individual residential houses registered in the real estate register
  • individual houses under construction

If the locality has not undergone the mass primary registration procedure of private properties, confirmation from the register of local public administration authorities is accepted.

Proposals are evaluated in the order of registration, and for applications requiring additional information or adjustments, corresponding notifications are sent through the platform. Applicants receive notifications via the email address registered in the MPass system.

We note that the evaluation process is ongoing, and related comments will be updated periodically as each application is reviewed.

Applicants have a period of 10 days to make the requested modifications.

Those who have applied for the financing product are encouraged to monitor notifications from CNED, sent through the feerm.md platform and by email.

To receive notifications, make sure your email address is correct and verified in the MPass system.
